Mobile UPTM calibration units are designed to determine the capacity of technical measures when checking tankers for liquid petroleum products according to GOST 8.600-2011, as well as horizontal tanks according to GOST 8.346-2000 and vertical tanks according to GOST 8.570-2000.

The purpose of the development of a mobile verification installation of transport measures PPUTM is to provide production with verification equipment to perform work on the verification of tank trucks, tank trailers and semi-trailers of tanks according to GOST 50913, which are transport measures of full capacity (hereinafter –TM) and serve to measure the volume of petroleum products.
PPUTM is designed for the verification of TM by the volumetric method using a reference flow meter-liquid meter in accordance with the verification procedure according to GOST R 8.569.
The distinctive features of the development are autonomy both in terms of power supply and in terms of the closed cycle of using the working fluid.

  • DATABASE

    A database of device types has been introduced in the software of the installations. If the device was once verified at the installation, then its type and verification method (costs, volumes, output signal type, conversion coefficient) remain in the database. When checking a "new" device, it is enough to enter its serial number and owner. The verification costs and volumes will be set automatically.
